If your order has not entered the Production stage yet, please reach out to our Customer Service team to request the cancellation. Please state your order number or the specific names of the models that need to be cancelled to have your request processed faster and easier.
We are unable to cancel your order after it has entered production. Because all of your order items are printed on-demand, we do not have or keep any stock in our manufacturing facilities. Models from cancelled or returned orders are not kept to fulfill orders at a later time.
