Once your order has been accepted by Shapeways, we can no longer make any changes to it. This includes (and is not limited to) cancellations, changes of the quantity, material, finish, and upgrade/downgrade of the manufacturing or shipping service.
Due to the personalized nature of our Services (i.e. the 3D Print is manufactured by us based on the shop-owners/designers/your specifications and we print it for you on demand), you cannot change or cancel your order once it is placed.
Additionally, we do not have or keep any stock in our manufacturing facilities. Because of this, all sales are final.
