If your model file is larger than 64mb, or 1 million polygons, you won’t be able to upload it. Here are some potential workarounds we can recommend for reducing your file size:
- Zip the file: sometimes zipping or compressing your files will reduce their size without compromising your design.
- Split the parts: breaking your model down into small parts that can be assembled later will enable you to maintain fine details without compressing your files. However, this strategy will require some post-processing on your part. Of course, not every model can be assembled later, so this solution may not work for you.
- Decimate the file: many design programs have options for you to reduce your model's polygon count.
