To check the current status of your order, log into your account and visit the Orders page:
- Log in to your account.
- Hover over your avatar in the top-right corner.
- Select Orders from the menu.
- Locate your order and click View Items to see status details.
Order Statuses Explained
- Processing: Final checks ensure your items can be printed. If a model cannot proceed, it will be removed, and you’ll be notified by email. The rest of the order will continue to Pre-Production.
- Pre-Production: Items are batched for 3D printing. Smaller items often move quicker, while larger ones take more time. Once here, items cannot be canceled.
- In Production: Items are 3D printed, post-processed, and quality-checked. Occasionally, an item may revert to Pre-Production for a free reprint if issues arise during production.
- Packing: Successfully printed items are boxed and await the remaining items in the order.
- Complete: The order is shipped, and you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
